It is a ruby red wine. The aroma is intense and fine. It has fruity and floral notes with hints of red berries. The freshness is good, as well as the tannic component and the flavor. The alcohol stamp determines a good balance of the structure. Quite persistent it has a good taste-olfactory correspondence.
It goes well with Italian antipasti of raw salami, aged cheeses, first courses with game sauce and roasted meat.
